We headed to Custer State Park today to check out the nation's 2nd largest buffalo herd (ranging in size from 1,300 to 1,400 bison).

We saw lots of other wildlife along the way, including prairie dogs, chipmunks, antelope, donkeys, and horses.







Then, we took Needles Highway up toward Sylvan Lake.



Cathedral Spires



There were some tight spots along the Needles Highway.



We had fun hiking and bouldering around the Sylvan Lake & Sunday Gulch area.















They're always amused by a fat-man-squeeze.
